The UPM Graduate Program provides an exciting start to your career with many opportunities for future development. During the 12-month program, you will gain international work experience and take your skills to the next level. We hope you continue your career with us after completing the program.
The UPM Graduate Program offers more than your basic trainee program. It includes face-to-face and virtual learning days to keep you informed and up to date on all that is important. You will get to know your peers and make friends for life. All participants will also have a development plan and a personal mentor. Experienced and inspiring UPM manager mentors will provide coaching for the trainees throughout the program.
We have positions available in some of our business areas and global functions. These positions offer an exiting, fast-paced, international work environment and a unique opportunity to learn from our professionals.
Candidates will apply directly for a specific role. All positions begin by September at the latest. We will design a unique carrer path for each graduate, consisting of positions in their home country and abroad.
Are you a match?
You have recently graduated or gained a few years of work experience and want to kickstart your career with a year of intense learning. You are fluent in English as it is the language used in the program. You have an energetic and open attitude and a positive outlook. You are also willing to work as a UPM Employee Advocate and represent our young professionals.
