Commitment to fair and equal pay

We believe that everyone should be compensated fairly for their contributions, regardless of gender, background, or role. That’s why we have made strong commitments to gender pay equity and ensuring a living wage for all our employees. These commitments are embedded in our Code of Conduct and are reinforced through annual reviews conducted with external partners.

Leading the way in social responsibility

As part of our 2030 social responsibility targets, we are actively working to promote fair pay. Our commitment to gender pay equity and living wages aligns with the UN Sustainable Development Goals, and we are proud to collaborate with initiatives such as the UN Global Compact to drive progress in these areas. We also extend these principles beyond our own workforce by promoting fair labor parctises among our suppliers.

Scaling up action on living wages through global collaboration

In 2023, we joined the UN Global Compact Forward Faster Initiative, alongside 138 other companies. This ambitious effort accelerates the progress of the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), with our focus areas being gender equality and living wages. As part of the UN Global Compact Labour rights and decent work programme participant we contribute to the development of methodologies and capacity that promote fair pay across industries.
