Learning opportunities
Having a meaningful job is most important for developing on the job. Learning from each other and cross-functional collaboration are encouraged in many ways: for example, through mentorship, expert communities and gigs. Gigs offer employees a unique opportunity to engage in business relevant assignments outside their regular roles, allowing them to spend 10–20% of their work time on a gig. To complement on-the-job and social learning, employees can take advantage of e-learning content on, for example, leadership, finance, sourcing, compliance, AI and design thinking.
