Transaction notifications to UPM by managers and their closely associated persons

In accordance with Market Abuse Regulation (MAR), UPM-Kymmene Corporation's Board members and designated other managers, and their closely associated persons are requested to follow these instructions when notifying transactions with financial instruments linked to UPM.

Transaction notifications shall be made to UPM at the latest within two (2) and to the Financial Supervisory Authority ("FIN-FSA") within three (3) business days after the date of the transaction.

Instructions for submitting the transaction notification

The transaction shall be notified electronically to the FIN-FSA at their electronic services https://asiointi.finanssivalvonta.fi/en/login.

The completed notification can be downloaded as pdf before submitting to the FIN-FSA. The pdf copy of the completed notification shall be sent as an attachment to an e-mail to UPM promptly after the date of the transaction.

In case of any problems, please contact notifications@upm.com.

UPM will publish the notification it has received as a stock exchange release promptly after the receipt of the notification.
