Requirements for packaging

We require our suppliers to package all products properly so that they can withstand the conditions of handling, transport, and storage. Suppliers must follow our guidelines for packaging methods, materials, and product labeling.

We encourage our suppliers to minimize packaging materials and promote the use of recyclable, environmentally sound materials while maintaining agreed packaging standards.

All products delivered to European units must be packaged with materials that comply with the key requirements of the EU Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation (EU 2025/40) including the relevant Delegated and Implementing Acts, the ISPM 15 standard developed by the International Plant Protection Convention (IPPC), and relevant national ordinances.

All pallets shall carry the IPPC stamp and comply with the requirements of ISPM 15 Solid Wood Packaging Standard. 

Packaging of electronic components must comply with IEC 61340-5-1 standards.
