EcoVadis platinum score for responsible procurement practices

We have received a Platinum rating from EcoVadis for our sustainability performance, placing the company in the top 1% globally. The EcoVadis assessment evaluates performance across four categories: Environment, Labor and Human Rights, Ethics, and Sustainable Procurement. UPM’s overall score rose by 5 points to an impressive 90 out of 100.

We also received an A score in CDP’s 2025 Supplier Engagement Assessment (SEA), which evaluates how companies engage their supply chains on climate-related issues. According to CDP, companies that actively involve their suppliers in climate change mitigation play a crucial role in the transition to a net-zero, sustainable economy.
