UPM-Kymmene Corporation Stock Exchange Release 2 May 2012 at 9.30 EET
Hans Sohlström, Executive Vice President for Corporate Relations and Development and member of UPM’s Group Executive Team, will leave UPM in order to assume the position of President and CEO in a Finnish family- owned company Rettig Group, as of 1 August 2012.

Hans Sohlström will continue business as usual in UPM until the end of July 2012.
