Human rights

Respecting and protecting human rights across our businesses is an integral part of our Code of Conduct and daily actions. We believe that addressing human rights is our responsibility, but also a topic that requires collaborative action. Continuous dialogue with our stakeholders is an important part of this work.

Our approach

Respect for human rights is an integral part of our Code of Conduct and the associated policies, statements, rules and guidelines. We expect a similar commitment from our suppliers and third parties, as defined in our Supplier and Third-Party Code.

Salient human rights issues

At Group level, we have identified our salient human rights, i.e., rights that stand out as being most at risk. We report on our salient human rights issues as well as our efforts and the challenges encountered.

Human rights due diligence

Human rights due diligence is a process to identify and manage potential and actual impacts on people. Our business areas regularly identify human rights risks and impacts and prioritise focus areas accordingly.
