(UPM, Helsinki, 23 February 2012 at 11.15 EET) - UPM's Annual Report 2011 has been published online at www.upm.com. The annual report is available in English and Finnish as a PDF-file on UPM's website.

The printed annual report will be published on 12 March 2012. The printed report can be ordered via e-mail at info@upm.com.

UPM has also published its Corporate Governance Statement and Remuneration Statement on the company’s website. The statements are available in English and in Finnish and can be downloaded.
