(UPM Raflatac, Tampere, 20 October 2010) – Under the theme Think Label! at this year's LabelShow in Russia, UPM Raflatac is showcasing an extensive range of advanced film and paper label materials which combine performance, eco-friendliness and economy with uncompromising quality. In addition to the Thin Range and the revolutionary ProLiner PP30 release liner, UPM Raflatac is presenting several new products for tamper-evident, brand protection and other security labelling applications.

St. Petersburg terminal offers rapid labelstock delivery
As the first labelstock manufacturer to set up its own slitting and distribution facility in Russia, UPM Raflatac offers fast delivery on high-quality label materials from the recently opened St Petersburg terminal. The local service organisation has been strengthened to correspond with growing market demand, and a new sales system has enabled shorter lead times for all customers in Russia.

Improved efficiency with ProLiner PP30
UPM Raflatac's thin polypropylene liner ProLiner PP30 challenges the conventional glassine liners with improved efficiency and profitability. ProLiner PP30 offers a variety of benefits for label printers, packers and end-users – setting new standards for productivity gains, reduced logistics costs and recycling. Available with a range of market-leading paper label faces, ProLiner PP30 brings all the advantages of a thin film liner to high-volume food, retail and logistics applications.
