(UPM, Lahti, 13 February 2020 at 13:00 EET) – UPM Plywood has launched a new Responsibility Made Easy website that provides practical examples of how responsibility is reflected in everyday operations.
On the Responsibility Made Easy website the articles are grouped according to six themes: responsible business partner, responsible wood material, responsibility for environmental performance, responsibility for society, responsible products and services and innovating a responsible future beyond fossils.
“For us, responsibility is more than just certificates. It is an integral part of all our activities and manifests itself in many ways. Above all, it is reflected in the concrete actions we bring up through this site”, says Ari Voutilainen, Director, Stakeholder Relations at UPM Plywood.
Responsibility is in the core of UPM’s Biofore strategy. The company's dedication and ambitious responsibility targets have brought UPM recognition from global organisations.
