Change in planned date and venue of UPM's Annual General Meeting 2020

UPM has, on 4 April 2019, published information on planned date and venue of the company's Annual General Meeting and financial report releases in 2020.

UPM plans to change the date and venue of its Annual General Meeting. The planned new date for the Annual General Meeting will be 31 March 2020 and the meeting will be held at Finlandia Hall in Helsinki, Finland starting at 14.00 hrs EET.

The release schedule of financial reports shall remain unchanged.
