The Customer Satisfaction Research has been completed

We have repeated the Customer Satisfaction Research that we already carried out in the year 2000 with the purpose is to monitor our approach to our customers in after these two years.
The research has now been completed and data are being analyzed. The final results will be published soon in our internet pages.
We're very grateful to all the participants and thank them all for the time they dedicated to this research.
