Ensuring local commitment and positive impact on communities

Our social responsibility 2030 targets focus on diversity and inclusion, safe and healthy working environment, , learning and development, fair rewarding as well as responsible leadership and community involvement. We aim for engagement and open dialogue with local communities. UPM’s Biofore Share and Care programme demonstrates our dedication to responsibility and local community involvement through sponsorships, donations and employee voluntary work.
