The UPM Graduate Programme gives your career an exciting start with many opportunities for future development. During the 12-month programme you gain international work experience and develop your skills to a new level. We hope you continue your career with us after the programme.
The UPM Graduate Programme offers a bit more than your basic trainee programme. It includes face-to-face and virtual learning days to keep you well-informed and up-to-date on all that is important. You will get to know your peers and make friends for life. All participants will also have their development plan and a personal mentor. Experienced and inspiring UPM manager mentors provide coaching for the trainees throughout the programme.
We have positions available in some of our business areas and global functions. The positions offer a fast-paced, exciting, international working environment and a unique opportunity to learn from our professionals.
The candidates will apply directly for a specific role. All of the positions begin latest by September. We will build each graduate a unique journey consisting of positions in the home country and abroad. Please note that assignments abroad are organised if the pandemic situation allows safe travelling.
Are you a match?
You have recently graduated or have a couple of years of work experience and want to kickstart your career with a year of intense learning. You are fluent in English as it is the language used in the programme. You have an energetic, open attitude and a positive outlook. You are also willing to work as a UPM Employee Advocate and be the face of our young professionals.
