International Trainee Program
The International Development Program (IDP) is our trainee programme for university graduates. The IDP lasts over a period of 12-15 months.
As a trainee you will join different UPM departments and carry out various tasks in different functions both locally and abroad where you will receive a broad-based overview of a specified function.
Your performance is assessed after each task.
The main aim of the IDP programme is to ensure efficient professional adjustment by giving you a solid overview of the structure and culture of the company.
Through the IDP, we want to identify the most competent specialists and junior executives to ensure the future needs of the company.

Internship
An excellent way to become familiar with UPM is by participating in an internship before applying for a permanent job.
We provide you with an interesting and challenging task that offers space for initiative and development.
Internships abroad are offered for students who have served their first internship within UPM in their home country.
