It is not possible to ask questions, make counterproposals, otherwise speak, or vote through the webcast. Following the webcast is not considered as participation in the Extraordinary General Meeting or exercise of shareholder rights.
The webcast of the EGM can only be followed in real time and will not be available on the companys website afterwards.

Record date of the EGM
Each shareholder who is registered on August 19, 2026 in the shareholders’ register of the Company maintained by Euroclear Finland Oy, has the right to participate in the EGM or follow the webcast.
August 24, 2026
Subscription to the webcast can only be made during the pre-registration period of the EGM, i.e. until August 24, 2026 at 16:00 EEST.
August 28, 2026
Link to the webcast will be sent to the e-mail address / tel.nr. you have provided in connection of the pre-registration.
August 31, 2026 at 14:00 EEST
Extraordinary General Meeting and the webcast will start at 14:00 EEST.
