For us responsible leadership means that leaders treat employees fairly and equally, and ensure that working conditions  are in line with UPM Responsibility Principles. It also means that we consider the views of our people  when making  business decisions and in driving changes within our organisation and in the industry.

Responsible leadership involves clear target setting that allows employees to understand what is expected from them and how their performance is evaluated. UPM aims to establish a culture which strives for achievements, fast learning and renewal.
