Giant's Kettle, the Finnish pavilion at the World Expo 2010 in Shanghai received a modern shingle cladding made from UPM ProFi. The pavilion was named best pavilion design in its size category at the Shanghai World Expo.
The Artek Pavilion exhibition space at the Milano Salone Internazionale del Mobile expo was presented by UPM and Artek exhibition in April 2007, followed by exhibitions in Helsinki and Miami. Japanese architect Shigeru Ban sketched the wood plastic composite pavilion by connecting UPM ProFi Corner Protectors in an ingenious way.
