Option Programs

​Decisions on option programs are made at the annual shareholders' meetings. The distribution of options is decided by the Board of Directors based on recommendations of the Human Resources Committee.

The company has three option series: 2007A, 2007B and 2007C. These option series entitle to subscription of 15.0 million ordinary shares.

The company will apply for a registration in the company register and listing (NASDAQ OMX Helsinki) of the subscribed shares without undue delay. See: Directive timetable for registrations.
