Production at UPM's Finnish mills is back at the normal level

Work at UPM's Finnish pulp and paper mills and at converting units has started as planned after the labour dispute ended on 1 July, 2005. The production is back at the normal level. The mills' waste water treatment plants have revived successfully and their start-up has been controlled as well.

UPM's first export shipments from Finland since start-up took place on Friday, 8 July. Liner traffic between various ports will be normalised during this week.
